Everything people ask before we start
How much does a website or app cost?
It depends on what you need, so we quote every project individually. After a free call you get a fixed quote within two business days, and the price does not change unless the scope does.
How long does a project take?
Typically 4 weeks for WordPress websites, 4 to 6 weeks for custom websites, 5 to 8 weeks for Shopify stores, 10 weeks for web applications and 12 to 16 weeks for mobile apps. The fixed quote comes with a start date.
Which platform should my website be on?
It depends on how you will run it. WordPress suits teams who edit the site often and want a familiar admin. Astro suits businesses that want the fastest possible site with nothing to update. Shopify is for selling online. We recommend one on the call and explain why, and if what you already have is fine, we say so.
What do you build with?
Websites on WordPress, Webflow, Astro and Shopify, web apps in React, and mobile apps in Flutter or as native iOS and Android apps.
Can we edit the site ourselves?
Yes. WordPress sites come with an editor your team already knows. Astro sites get a simple editor for pages, posts and copy, or a full headless CMS with drag and drop blocks and live preview if you publish often. Shopify stores are run from the Shopify admin. We walk your team through it before launch.
Can you move our existing site or store across?
Yes. We move stores from WooCommerce, Magento or an old Shopify theme onto a custom Shopify build, and rebuild slow WordPress sites without the bloat. Your content and SEO come with you; the old theme and plugins do not.
Where is it hosted, and what about speed and SEO?
Astro sites and web apps run on Vercel or Cloudflare, Shopify stores on Shopify, and apps are published on the App Store and Google Play under your business name. Every site is measured for performance, accessibility and SEO on mobile before launch, not guessed at.
Who owns the website?
You do. Code, design files and accounts are all in your name from day one. If we stop working together you keep everything.
What happens after launch?
Thirty days of fixes and support are included. After that you can book us by the hour or on a monthly care plan that covers updates, backups and small changes.
What if a rebuild is not what we need?
Then we will say so on the call and point you to a smaller job or our care plan instead. No pitch either way.
