Pricing questions
What does it cost?
WordPress sites start from $8,000, Astro and Next.js sites from $12,000, Shopify online stores from $12,000, web apps from $20,000 and mobile apps from $18,000. Prices are in AUD, plus GST for Australian clients.
Why is it a "from" price?
Scope sets the price: the number of pages, CMS needs, integrations and how much design is involved. The "from" figure is where a project usually starts. Once I've read your brief I send you a fixed scope and price within two business days, before any work starts.
Is design included?
Yes. Design and development are both part of the fixed price: the key pages and screens are designed in Figma and approved by you before the build.
Do you use AI, and does it change the price?
I co-work with AI: it handles the repetitive parts and helps me check more, so the work moves faster. I make the decisions and review everything before it reaches you. The price is for the finished site or app, not the hours.
What about work after launch?
Every build includes 30 days of fixes after launch. Ongoing work after launch is quoted separately.
How do payments and invoices work?
I invoice against the agreed scope, in AUD, plus GST for Australian clients.
What happens if the scope changes mid-way?
I write up the change and a price for it, and nothing extra starts until you agree.
Who owns the work?
You do. Code, Figma files, content and accounts are in your name from day one. If we stop working together, you keep everything.
Where are you based?
In Australia, working remotely with businesses around the world. Most work runs async with written updates, and I book calls at a time that suits us both.
Can we sign an NDA?
Yes. Send me your agreement, or I'll send mine, before I see anything private.
